Inaugurated in December 2007, Cuisine AC in the Old Port Market is the product of a partnership agreement between Quebec City’s Old Port Market, Fondation Serge-Bruyère, and Signature Cuisines AC.
In a superb Signature Cuisines AC kitchen, the region’s greatest chefs prepare mouthwatering dishes before your very eyes, using products supplied by the farmers at the Old Port Market. This “tasteful” initiative, offered once a month, is as much a treat for your eyes as it is for your taste buds.
